Our Services

Our core service is aerobic classes.  At the moment, we provide aerobic classes for women only with nine type of aerobic workout.

Our nine type aerobic workout are:

  1. Hi/Lo Aerobic Workout
  2. Step Aerobic Workout
  3. Dance Aerobic Workout
  4. Belly Dance Aerobic Workout
  5. Slide Workout
  6. Fitball workout
  7. Multi-Workout
  8. Kickboxing Workout
  9. Body Sculpture Workout
Hi/Lo Aerobic Workout is a workout which have the combination of low impact and high impact aerobic movements.

Step Aerobic Workout is a workout which may have the combination of low impact and high impact aerobic movements but it involves stepping up and down the adjustable height platform.

Dance Aerobic Workout is a workout which comes with a lot of variety dancing-like moves with a variety of music, such as hip hop, R&B, funky and etc.  This class is suitable for those who want different aerobic moves with extra fun.

Belly Dance Aerobic Workout is a workout which is identified by swaying hips and undulating torso, focusing on isolated movements of individual parts of the body.

Slide Workout is a workout which involves lateral, ice skating-like movements using slide equipment.

Fitball Workout is a workout which involves a fitball equipment.

Multi-Workout is a workout which combines step workout, slide workout and fitball workout.

Kickboxing Workout is a new workout which involves skipping, shadow boxing and floor exercises.

Body Sculpture Workout is a workout which involves various equipments to re-shape the legs, buttocks and tummies using non-aerobic exercises.

We are planning to open the aerobic classes for men also, most probably by June 2006.
