STEP AEROBIC COURSE |

Step
workout is one of the most popular workouts in the fitness
industry. This course will teach you the fundamental
principles
of structuring a safe and effective Step workout. Step workout is a
variation of general aerobic class using a step platform to increase
intensity.
Master class and choreography handouts are provided along with a
workshop manual. You will learn all the basic Step moves, plus how to
incorporate impact, direction, step approach, style, arm lines, linking
and combining moves, and the use of music. This will enable you to
create many different step routines for your own classes.
